Questions

The things people ask before they book.

What everything costs, how delivery works, and how the day runs. If your question is not here, call or text and we will answer it straight.

Prices and booking

How much does it cost?

The Essential Nikkah Wall is $175 and the Signature Stage Package is $225, plus delivery quoted by city. Floral urns with candles are $30 and a white ceremony rug is $35. Added to a wall booking, the LED arch welcome mirror is $200, a linen welcome sign is $200 and a foam board welcome sign is $125. Every price is on the menu page.

What is included in the price?

Setup before the ceremony, and takedown at the end of the night. Delivery is quoted separately for your city, as one number before you book, so nothing is added on the day.

What is the difference between Essential and Signature?

Essential is the wall: a pipe-and-drape backdrop with a floral header across the top, chiffon side curtains and cascading petal strands through the centre. Signature adds a white ceremony rug and two floral urns with LED pillar candles, for $15 less than adding them separately.

Can I book just the wall?

Yes. The wall on its own is $175 plus delivery. Everything else is optional.

Someone else quoted $150. Why is yours more?

Lower quotes are usually a bare divider with no floral header, rug or candles, and often no takedown. Compare what actually arrives and what is included, not the headline number.

How do I hold my date?

Send your date through the booking form or call or text 647-471-2148. A $50 e-transfer holds the date, and the balance is paid in cash on the day.

The wall

Why is the partition see-through?

By design. The couple walks through it and sits on either side, which is how the ceremony photographs best.

Can the same wall be the partition and the photo backdrop?

Yes, that is what it is built for. It separates the two sides during the nikkah, then becomes the wall everyone photographs afterwards. It reads clean in photos and video, in daylight or in hall lighting.

Will it work in our hall or masjid?

Yes. It has been set up in masjid prayer halls, banquet halls and outdoors. It is freestanding on a narrow base, with nothing fixed to walls, carpet or fittings, so there is nothing to patch or clean off after we leave.

How is it placed in a prayer hall?

We position it to respect the prayer hall layout and keep the walkways clear. Because it is freestanding, the placement can be adjusted on the day to suit the room.

Delivery and travel

How much is delivery?

It depends on your city and venue. Send your date and we quote delivery as one number before you book. Setup and takedown are always included in the price.

Do you deliver to Brampton?

Yes. Mississauga and Brampton are home base. Delivery is quoted by city, the same as everywhere else.

Do you travel to Toronto or Vaughan?

Yes. We cover Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Caledon, Halton Hills, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa and Uxbridge.

We have set up at ISNA Canada and Jame Masjid in Mississauga, Artistic Decor Venue in Etobicoke, and a farm in Uxbridge.

Do I need to set anything up or take it down myself?

No. We agree an arrival window with you, come in ahead of the guests and have the wall up in about ten minutes. At the end of the night we take it down and leave the space as we found it.

What if the venue runs late?

Takedown at the end of the night is part of the price, however late the venue runs.

Welcome mirror and signs

Does the LED mirror need an outlet?

No. It runs on its own portable power station, so it can stand anywhere in the venue.

How big is the mirror?

It is a full-length arch, 20 inches wide. Most rental welcome mirrors are 16 inches. See the mirror.

Can I rent the mirror without a wall?

Yes. On its own it is $225 plus delivery, styled, set up and taken down the same night.

What is the linen welcome sign?

A 5 ft gold frame draped in linen, with your names and date on the fabric and styling at the base. It is $200 added to a wall booking or $250 plus delivery on its own. You keep the linen panel, and the frame comes back at takedown. See the linen sign.

Can you deliver just the foam board sign?

Yes. It is $140 plus delivery, styled and set up, and the easel comes back at takedown. Or buy it for $140 and pick up the board and a flat-pack easel in Mississauga to keep. See the foam board.

Can I get the mirror or a sign without the styling?

The mirror and both signs always arrive styled with florals, LED pillar candles, a gold lantern, greenery and chiffon. Only pickup foam boards come unstyled.
